SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are ready to ship.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

PREORDER ITEMS

Items marked as preorder are not ready to ship immediately.

Production begins after the preorder period closes and is expected to take approximately 2–3 weeks. Shipping time is additional and begins once your order has completed production and is ready to ship.

If there is a significant unexpected delay affecting your preorder, we will communicate updates using the contact information provided with your order.

If your order contains multiple preorder items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel confident in your ASTABY purchase.

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with any original tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

This may include select promotional, clearance, or Archive Sale items. Final Sale status will be clearly identified before purchase.
